Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to book your stay. The remaining balance must be paid on check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or cash; no cheques accepted. A photo ID is required to check in.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation if you notify us 14 days before your scheduled arrival or within 48hrs of booking.
General Policies
*No pets allowed.
*No smoking in the cabin.
*We are privately owned and operated and have the right to refuse service at any time.
*You will be held responsible for any damages on the property incurred by you or anyone else in your party, and will be charged an appropriate amount after the damages have been assessed.
*Crystal Creek Lodge is not responsible for any items lost during your stay.
*No lifeguard on duty; any water activities are done at your own risk.
