Visit us for the best freshwater fishing in Belize! Surrounded by the jungle, you will be fishing along a secluded section of the Rio Bravo river. The target species is the Bay Snook (locally known as the Bocona). There is a rare morph of the Bocona known as the Golden Bocona which is a true trophy fish for anyone lucky and skilled enough to catch one. Most bass fishing techniques (crank bait, jerk bait, poppers, paddle tails, lures) work great to catch Bocona. We have fishing rods and tackle available for your use, but we recommend you bring your own gear if you prefer a personalized set up.
